In a few short years North River has become a premier General Contractor in North Florida. The company was founded in 2010 by Josh Hogan. Josh started his construction career with a large commercial developer and then went to work with a custom home builder. Joseph Hogan joined North River shortly after it was founded and brought his years of experience in tech and management to the company and has become a valuable asset.
